Surveillance is a Vital Skill. The use of untrained surveillance techniques leads to safety risks as well as loss of evidence. Surveillance is a valuable tool to incorporate into investigations that will aid in gathering evidence and successfully prosecuting cases.

Class Description: The PACE Surveillance Techniques class gives officers skills to surveil, track and locate suspects while remaining undetected.

This training teaches behind-the-scenes intelligence gathering, covert surveillance techniques, surveillance mistakes to avoid, safety considerations, and how to plan for the unexpected.

Students will participate in classroom instruction as well as live, on the road training scenarios to practice techniques learned in the classroom.

The PACE Surveillance Techniques class is based on the popular Undercover Academy "Surveillance and Team Tactics" class. Instruction has been modified to meet the needs of uniform and plainclothes officers.

Who Should Attend This Training; All law enforcement personnel that may need to perform surveillance such as patrol officers, detectives, task force officers, warrant officers, etc.

Cancellations with a refund will be accepted a minimum of 31 days prior to the registered training. If cancelled within the 30 days prior to class, you will receive a credit for a future training session. Agencies may substitute another student for the cancelled registrant.
